Start Fresh Cleaning Service LLC ("we") may send SMS text messages to the SMS number you provide. Messages include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and job-dispatch offers to our cleaners. If you contact us requesting a cleaning quote and provide your mobile number, we may also reply by text regarding that request, including questions needed to price your job, your price quote, and a link to complete your booking. If you separately opt in, you may also receive occasional promotional messages about appointment availability and seasonal offers.
By providing your SMS number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us. No SMS opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and service activity. For clients, you may receive messages related to scheduled cleanings. For cleaners, you may receive job offers as they become available.
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your SMS carrier. Messages are not guaranteed to be delivered.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
